Sporting Rights
The sporting rights are retained by the landlord. For the
2019/20 season there is an existing agreement in place with the
neighbouring Estate.
The landlord may enter into an agreement with the purchaser
by separate agreement with effect from early 2020.
Mines and Minerals
The mines and mineral rights are reserved by the landlord as
typical of an Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancy.
Growing Crops
The growing crops will be included in the sale of the company.
Easements, Wayleaves and Rights of Way
The property is sold subject to and with the benefit of all
easements, wayleaves and rights of way as far as they are held.
